What We Do
At MGA Foundation, our Livelihood & Employment program is dedicated to bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. We understand that finding sustainable employment requires more than just a degree; it requires practical skills, confidence, and the right connections. We provide essential soft skills training, IT workshops, and resume-building sessions to prepare candidates for the modern workforce.
Beyond training, we offer direct placement assistance through our organized job fairs and corporate partnerships. By aligning the skills of our candidates with the needs of the modern job market, we ensure that individuals are not just employable, but are placed in roles where they can grow, thrive, and support their families long-term.
Who We Help
We primarily assist unemployed youth from low-income backgrounds who lack access to professional networks and premium skill-development courses. These young individuals often have the potential but are held back by a lack of communication skills or technical knowledge required in today's digital economy.
We also focus heavily on fresh graduates struggling to find placements. Many students graduate without the practical, industry-ready skills needed to clear interviews. Our program targets these individuals, providing them with the finishing touches and interview preparation they need to confidently step into the corporate world.
