Shipping & Delivery Policy

MGA Foundation is a charitable non-governmental organisation (NGO). We do not sell physical products or provide commercial shipping services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to the delivery of donation-related documents and any goodwill materials that may be sent to our donors.

1. No Physical Products

MGA Foundation does not engage in the sale or delivery of any physical goods or commercial products. All transactions on our website are strictly for charitable donations to support our social welfare programmes.

2. Digital Donation Receipts

• Upon successful completion of a donation, an automated donation acknowledgement will be sent to the email address provided by the donor, typically within 24–48 hours.
• Official donation receipts (including Section 80G tax exemption certificates, where applicable) will be issued digitally via email within 7–10 business days of receiving the donation.
• Donors are requested to ensure that the email address provided at the time of donation is accurate and active.

3. Physical Documents (If Applicable)

In certain cases, MGA Foundation may send physical documents such as official receipts or certificates of appreciation to donors upon specific request. In such cases:

• Physical documents will be dispatched via standard postal service or courier within India.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the donor's location.
• MGA Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier agencies, or incorrect addresses provided by the donor.
• International delivery of physical documents is not currently offered.

4. Service Delivery (Programmes)

The charitable programmes and community services funded by your donation are delivered on the ground by MGA Foundation's team and volunteers across targeted communities. The delivery of these services is carried out as per our programme schedules and is not subject to any shipping timeline applicable to commercial products.

5. Non-Delivery of Digital Documents

If you do not receive your donation acknowledgement or tax receipt within the stipulated time, please check your spam or junk email folder. If the document is still not found, please contact us at mgafoundation2001@gmail.com with your name, transaction ID, and donation date, and we will resend the documents promptly.
